Introduction
This Vendor Portal ("Portal") is operated by RMH Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 99 655 141 101), trading as Ray White Chapel Hill, located at 1/30 Sylvan Road, Toowong QLD 4066 ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using this Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

Access to this Portal is provided to clients of Ray White Chapel Hill who are engaged in the sale of a property ("Vendors") and to authorised agents of Ray White Chapel Hill.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without notice if we believe these Terms have been breached.

We collect personal information through this Portal in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The information we collect includes:
This information is collected for the purpose of facilitating the sale of your property, coordinating between parties involved in the transaction, and communicating relevant updates to you.
We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with contractors and service providers directly involved in your property transaction (such as photographers, solicitors and marketing providers) only to the extent necessary to carry out those services.

Your data will be retained on this Portal for a maximum of 6 months following the completion or termination of your property sale engagement. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from the Portal.
Please note that separate record-keeping obligations under Australian law (including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing requirements) may require us to retain certain transaction records for longer periods on separate, secure systems.
You may request early deletion of your Portal data by contacting us at the address below. We will action such requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

This Portal uses functional cookies and local storage technologies solely for the purpose of authentication and maintaining your session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or any third-party analytics cookies.
By continuing to use this Portal you consent to the use of these functional cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, however this will prevent the Portal from functioning correctly.

Documents uploaded to this Portal are stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure located in Australia. By uploading documents you confirm that:
Uploaded documents may be shared with your appointed agent and relevant parties to your transaction (such as your solicitor) for the purposes of completing your property sale.

This Portal is provided as a convenience tool to assist in the coordination of your property sale. To the extent permitted by law, RMH Partners Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use this Portal, including any interruption, error or security breach.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Portal after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
